This is a very beautiful 12g shotgun.

It features scroll engraving on the forend metalwork, trigger guard and top lever.  The action itself depicts launching pheasants on the L/H side and landing ducks on the R/H side.  The shoulders of the action and underneath the top lever are engraved with an acanthus leaf style of scroll.
 
The woodwork is in general good order with some signs of use in the heel and toe areas.  There is wear to the bluing on the barrels where the forend attaches and at the muzzles on both sides.  Overall though, this gun is in good order for its age.
